•Past work history – Previously worked at a natural stone/quartz supplier for 18 years and developed an appreciation for the beauty of natural stone.
•Favorite part of working at ActionFlow – Excited to be a part of a new team that has been so welcoming and helpful.
•What are you passionate about outside of work? I live in St. Louis, where I was born and raised. The things that make me the happiest are spending time with my family, friends, two dogs, reading, crafting and anything that results in laughter.
Theresa Obert
Sales Representative
Theresa Obert has a long history working in the fabrication industry. She spent 14 years selling granite countertops to K&Bs, Interior Designers, Builders and Remodelers. More recently, she spent three years on the natural stone/quartz supply side selling slabs to Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana fabricators. Theresa says her favorite part of working at ActionFlow is “working with a fantastic team who loves to work hard and have fun.” She was born and raised in St. Louis and continues to live here. Outside of work, Theresa says she’s an animal lover who enjoys exercising, meditating, and spending time with her family.
Jordan Watt
Chief Information Officer
Jordan’s professional experience is in data warehouse design/architecture and pipeline development. Prior to joining ActionFlow, Jordan served as a technology consultant in the Chicago area. During his time, he worked on innovative data transfer solutions to enable insights across varying industries. His favorite part of ActionFlow is “working with a passionate team that is focused and motivated to improve the fabrication process for their customers”. Jordan currently resides in Chicago and when not working, you will find him on the golf course or enjoying the culinary scene of the city.
Reese Watt
Founder and CEO
Reese began his professional career as a actuary before transitioning into software development. While working at Hallmark Stone in St. Louis he developed a job-tracking system and used his experience and expertise to create ActionFlow. His favorite part of ActionFlow is creating solutions that solve problems for our clients. Inside and outside of work Reese tries to love God and people. When not working his passions are spending time with family and writing songs. Though he now lives in St. Louis, he’s a Denver native that grew up in Indiana (Boiler Up!)
Kyle Hunt
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kyle Hunt has spent many years coaching soccer and working at nonprofit organizations focused on helping immigrant and inner-city communities before joining ActionFlow. He says his favorite part about working here is “helping stressed fabricators get to the point where they can enjoy the fruits of their labor.” His non-work life passions include his family, Chelsea FC, and “unfortunately, all Detroit sports.”
Richard Melville
Account Manager
Richard Melville may be the most traveled member of the ActionFlow team. Born in England, he went to high school in Chicagoland before settling in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Before joining our company, he was an 8th-grade English teacher. Richard says his favorite part of working at ActionFlow is “the team’s friendliness and willingness to help.” During his free time, his favorite activities are reading, long runs along Lake Michigan, and watching soccer matches.
Grace Hunt
Chief of Staff
Grace Hunt is a born-and-raised St. Louis resident with a varied and impressive work history. Before joining ActionFlow, Grace conducted graduate research on semiconductors for the Centers for Power Electronics at Virginia Tech. She also was a researcher for Children’s Hope Alliance in North Carolina to establish consistent protocols for a specific care program. Her favorite part of working at ActionFlow is the team and our clients, who she says “are grounded, hardworking, and fun people.” Grace loves traveling and being with people, which she exclaims is “life-giving.”
Tyler Shelton
Chief Technology Officer
Tyler Shelton was born in Kentucky and grew up in Flint, Michigan, where he still lives today. His professional history includes being an assistant manager at a restaurant before transitioning his career path. He was a software engineer at an insurance company for seven years and eventually landed at ActionFlow. He lists “getting to work on new features and ideas on a daily basis” as his favorite part of his career here. Outside of work, Tyler is passionate about spending time with his family, playing video games, and enjoying rounds of disc golf.
Alisha Tanksley
Account Manager
Since 2020 Alisha Tanksley has been a client-favorite Account Manager at ActionFlow. Before joining our team, she spent three years working at a fabrication shop and has 20 years of experience in nonprofit work. Her favorite aspect of working at ActionFlow is “the team unity and the fact that everyone really does care about everyone else.” She also mentions her admiration for “Reese and his desire to always do what is right for us and the clients.” When not helping our clients and our business Alisha is passionate about family and music and loves finding ways to combine them.
Josiah Vander Maas
Marketing Coordinator
Josiah Vander Maas began his professional career as a private tutor in Costa Rica before completing his Master’s Degree in education. He is now an invaluable part of the ActionFlow team as Marketing Coordinator. Josiah says his favorite part of working at ActionFlow is “working with such a dynamic group of clients and coworkers.” Originally from St. Louis, he now lives in Grand Rapids, MI, where he loves connecting with his local community. Among his favorite ways to do that are through coaching, organizing, and participating in all types of athletic events, leagues, and tournaments.
Aaron McMullin
Account Manager
Aaron McMullin was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He joined the ActionFlow team in February 2022 after serving as a Finance and IT manager for a local countertop fabricator. Before that role, he was the Finance Director and Assistant General Manager for the Wichita Wingnuts professional baseball team. Aaron says his favorite part of working for ActionFlow is “using my knowledge of the software and the resources we have built to help clients find solutions, making their process more efficient and organized.” When he’s not helping our customers, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hitting the lanes to bowl, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play football.
Kim Davis
Director of Implementation and Support
Before joining ActionFlow, Kim Davis served in the United States Army Reserves for eight years and worked in the promotional products, banking, and countertop industries. She uses her experience and broad knowledge base to ensure smooth, hassle-free implementations and timely support for our clients. Kim says her favorite part of working at ActionFlow is “building relationships with our clients and helping them solve problems.”
Kim is a born-and-raised St. Louisan who still lives here. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, attending sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family.
