Spring Free Trial Collaboration Agreement

Spring by ActionFlow – Trial Agreement

This agreement defines expectations for your 14-day free trial and use of Spring by ActionFlow, leading to a successful implementation.

1. 14-Day Free Trial
Your free trial of Spring lasts 14 days from the date of activation. No payment is required during this period.

2. Subscription Terms
After the trial ends, you will lose access to Spring unless payment is submitted. Once subscribed, monthly fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty. Our goal is to make Spring so valuable that you’ll want to stay.

4. System Requirements
Spring desktop software requires Microsoft Windows. Mac users may run Spring using Parallels (purchased separately). Spring does not run on iPads or Android tablets, though a mobile version is available.

5. Internet Connection
Spring stores data on Microsoft Cloud and requires a reliable internet connection for optimal performance.

6. Calculation Accuracy
While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee all future calculations will be error-free. You are responsible for verifying accuracy where needed.

7. Intellectual Property
All Spring applications and content may be protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, or other rights. You agree not to use, copy, distribute, or modify Spring content without proper authorization or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
